Overall, it's perfect base for exploring Cardiff attractions. The bed was good and there was free Wi-Fi. Had breakfast in the dining room.
-
Excellent 3-star experience. Room was good value...
-
Nothing too much trouble and would definitely go again. Everything was very good: location and food. Comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Cardiff.
-
Silent rooms altough close to the M4.
-
Convenient and had restaurant on site

We thought the staff at the Premier Inn were extremely friendly - nothing was too much trouble - they were very friendly towards our children which obviously makes things a lot easier - thank you we shall certainly stay with you again
-
Friendly staff and it is easy to find the hotel.
The general feel of the building and car park area is looking tired and needs a makeover.
-
We attend a wedding very nice day and evening
-
friendly and helpful staff general cleanliness good food comfortable lounge areas
family room on same level and only doors away from single parties of men /women causing some noise and disturbance in the early hours of the morning
-
In easy reach of the Cardiff Half Marathon
-
Due no doubt to the football match that day there was a vastly over inflated price for one room for one night which was tantamount to profiteering
-
staff were good, room clean and well laid out.
£110 was a bit expensive i felt, not sure whether this was an increased amount due to the football. Breakfast was average mushrooms dep fried and no seasoning on mushrooms or eggs. My tv had no signal either.
-
easy access of motorway lovely breakfast with helpful staff towels/shower good
sone traffic noise in room overlooking main road, but not a problem NO LOCAL REAL ALES in the bar - I like to drink local ales when I not driving

On arrival on friday the two girls on reception were a joy to meet and their professionalism was perfecrt. We had a nightmere of a journey from Lincoln and they completely relaxed both my son and I instanley The recomdation of which restruant to visit was brilliant Well done to both of them

The staff were very friendly. We travelled down to cardiff from blackpool to watch newcastle united v cardiff city and we arrive early. We asked if our room was ready but was not as it was only midday and we knew went allowed to chel in till 14:00 . Which was no problem. We asked lady at checkin if was a room we could iron our fresh clothes after long journey . The lady repied there wasnt but she would iron trousers for my partner.., which was very helpful and polite . Great stay. We would defo come back if we were in the area ... :-)
